Two greys need a new home – our goal is to keep them together in a new home, as they have lived together for 5 years.
Wilson and Phoebe
Previously adopted male and female greyhound 6 and 5 years ago from Greyhound Friends of NC in Oak Ridge, NC. They enjoy dog door access to a fenced yard so they come and go as they please. Unfortunately, their folks are planning to move out of state to a community that does not allow larger pets nor has any facilities for them. We are hopeful to place the dogs together in a new home.

Phoebe (racing name Shiver, whelped 6/25/2009) is very friendly. She is good with children but not so much with other small animals. Neither Phoebe nor Wilson would be good with cats. Where Wilson is very open and friendly, Phoebe can be stand-offish with strangers. She weighs 65 lbs, and is black in color.
Wilson (racing name Free Ride Win, whelped 11/2/2008) loves everyone. He is good with children, other small animals. He still likes to run and occasionally does “zoomies” in the back yard. Ironically he doesn’t care about walking much. Like many greys he is a bit OCD and doesn’t like change. He is 82 lbs. and brindle in coloring.
