Wilmington Holiday Parade 2023

**Parade is rain or shine**
When: Sunday, December 3. Parade starts at 6 pm, so please gather around 5pm.
Location: Downtown Wilmington along Front Street, likely between Walnut St and Red Cross St. (Parade line up numbers assigned in order of arrival, not pre-determined.)
Attire: Lights required (by City of Wilmington) on all walkers and dogs! Put on your festive sweaters, scarves, hats, tinsel or whatever moves you, but please no dressing as Santa. The REAL Santa always rides in the firetruck at the end of the parade. All are welcome to walk their dogs and represent GFNC in the annual Wilmington Holiday Parade.
Extras: Scott and Troy have volunteered their Jeep to pull a flatbed trailer so we can accommodate a small number of those people or dogs who could not otherwise walk in the parade. If you would like to help decorate the vehicle, meet downtown between 3pm and 5pm. If you would like you and/or your dog to ride on the trailer, please create a comment on the event page so we can keep track of numbers.
